The Story Behind Rad Rats Garage

Rad Rats Garage was born from legacy and passion.

Growing up in my father’s trucking business — a leader in hydraulic, diesel, and full body repair — I discovered a love for collision work and custom paint from a young age. At just 18, I opened my first body shop in South Africa.

In 2017, my wife and I made the move to Texas — a lifelong dream come true. By 2018, Rad Rats Garage opened its doors here in the Lone Star State, and it’s been a blessing ever since.

We’ve met amazing people, learned a lot, and fully embraced the Texas spirit. I’ve always enjoyed meeting new faces, hearing their stories, and helping them get their vehicles back on the road — looking better than ever.
